TraderCaves is a platform that provides chat rooms and polling features for traders to discuss market trends, share insights, and vote on market directions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the service, you will need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TraderCaves and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the service
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
  • Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

9. Governing Law
